Easy to prepare and very delicious

This audiobook discusses the benefits that this diet could give and it provides a step-by-step guide on how to do it effectively. It also provides recipes that are very easy to prepare and very delicious. Lose the weight but not the muscle with this guide to a brand-new lifestyle and a complete revision of how you eat. Very well narrated. I have bought other books that were poor quality. This book really teaches you about the Keto lifestyle.

The ultimate ketogenic diet audiobook package.

This is just the audiobook I’ve been looking for. The directions were easy for a beginner like me to follow. The recipes turned out delicious too. Very educational. I always had questions about the ketogenic diet and this answered them for me. I was able to prepare some tasty meals with the recipes mentioned. Introduces the keto diet quite well. The tips and instructions are spoken clearly and eloquently. These audiobooks give listeners everything needed to begin their journey. I will be using this information as my guide over the course of the year.

So many fascinating scientific research!

The explanations in this audiobook about keto were impressive. I’ve been struggling to lose weight for decades and now, I’ve finally found a diet that works. It is all thanks to the advice and tips presented here. So many fascinating scientific research and studies are introduced here. There is even a section of frequently asked questions which address people’s most common concerns. My favorite section was meal preparation and how it can save you a lot of cooking time.

I like it!

I like it! Very informative and helpful. Provided meal plans to help me get started. I liked the fact that it spelled out the various stages of adjustment and what to expect, as well as how the high-fat content will affect the body. I have been interested in finding out more about this lifestyle of eating and wanted something to spell it out for me.

What a fantastic guide

What a fantastic guide that will help you on the road to health just like it has with me. I have read it fully and made my plans so I am ready to start the diet with all the knowledge I need to make it a success. I love the Keto diet and this book has helped me to make the most of every item of food I have enjoyed. The instructions are simple and I am certain that I will be proud of the weight I have lost after my first week is over.

Great information and very easy to listen too.

This audio book has some really great recipes and advice in it. A very straightforward introduction to the Ketogenic diet. The narrator uses plain language to convey dietary science concepts, which makes the rules easy to understand and follow. I liked this audio book to such an extent. In the wake of listening this audio book I am so great. I would suggest this audio book those who want to learn manipulation techniques. I will begin utilizing this for my own tasks.

Interesting and informative

I got this a week into starting Keto as I was concerned that I would lose interest or stamina and I was right. So, I listen up on the recipes and plans and took advice from the tips that are included and started again. Now I am taking it slowly but steady and starting to see progress. Weight loss is a journey that takes time and I think I can do it now I have the help of this book.

This book is absolutely fabulous for listening and gaining more knowledge about the keto diet. Thanks for the narrator for narrate this amazing book as my best virtual doctor.

This book is great for beginners!

This book is great for beginners! Simple directions and ingredient. Have been using this guide for a while now and continue to lose weight, feel great, and don't have cravings for sweets. The recipes are delicious, quick to prepare, and don't cost a fortune for ingredients. I enjoyed the variety of foods used in the recipes and I was introduced to a few new low carb foods that I had never heard of. Highly recommend.
