great story, needs better editor

I'm not sure who is at fault, but the number of times I heard the Narrator say "exercise" instead of excise when talking about the soul removal about killed the story. Editing is necessary. Other than that glaring issue it's a great storyline, and fun listen.

Good book. It made time go by when I was busy. Honestly I hated the ending, it was definitely not what I wanted to happen, but kudos to the author, it was a surprise.

Story
When Tom is invited to the reading of a will of a great-uncle he’s never heard of, there’s no way to know what to expect. But on the long list of possible things to inherit, a travelling carnival ghost train is the very last on the list. To get his full $10 million inheritance, all Tom has to do is run the antique ride until his 18th birthday. Easy. Except for a strange caped-creep he’s never met, who’s trying to con him out of the money...and the actual ghosts and ghouls who call the ride home.

Redeemer of the Dead is book 2 of The System Apocalypse. It's quite amazing following the life of our main character John Lee. This is my favorite of this series, and I do think you should listen to all of the books in order, just start at book one and you'll want to continue through the entire series. Thanks for writing these Mr. Wong!
