Some people insist that culture is strictly a human feat. What are they afraid of? This book looks into three cultures of other-than-human beings in some of Earth's remaining wild places. It shows how if you're a sperm whale, a scarlet macaw, or a chimpanzee, you too experience your life with the understanding that you are an individual in a particular community. You too are who you are not by genes alone; your culture is a second form of inheritance. And your culture, too, changes and evolves.

Henry Lambert would rather play video games than spend time in the great outdoors - but that doesn't make him a wuss. Skinny nerd? Fine. But wuss is a little harsh. Sadly, his dad doesn't agree. Which is why Henry is being shipped off to Strongwoods Survival Camp. Strongwoods isn't exactly as advertised. It looks like the victim of a zombie apocalypse, the "camp director" is a psycho drill sergeant, and Henry's sure he saw a sign written in blood...

Amazingly Educational and So Much Fun
I felt like an authority on the dinosaur age by the time I finished listening to this delightful presentation. The way the audiobook was written and narrated made it easy to follow and easy to remember the fun facts. And best of all, I was even able to surprise my nephew with what I knew, a rare thing when it comes to discussions about dinosaurs. The author keeps it interesting and engaging with just the right amount of silliness to keep you focused on the serious facts. Lots of fun and quite educational. I highly recommend it.

That was fun!!
A well-researched and entertaining romp through a world of amazing dinosaur facts. Well written, interesting, and engaging. This would be great as an activity for parents and grandparents to share with their "smart kids". The narration works for adults as well as children as the author doesn't talk down to young people. You can tell he remembers the kinds of things a kid would like and respond too. Sprinkled throughout with wit and a few outright chuckles to keep things fresh, this audio book makes it easy and fun to learn. Mr. Gannett has a winner here. Highly recommended.

Love, Love, Love!!!
It's the perfect book for your dinosaur junkie. The author did a fantastic job choosing his facts and then flawlessly and confidently giving you the information in a way anyone can learn. His sense of humor is terrific, and the way he presents what would typically be called boring facts is out of this world. I knew a lot of dinosaur facts before picking up this book, but I learned a ton and can't wait to give this book as a gift to some of the world's next "paleo guys."

Kids will enjoy this audible
My kids are loved it! I am as a parent listened to this book fully and I have to say, it's packed with amazing over 100 facts about dinosaurs. It's easy to listen, massively knowledgeable and entertaining. History you can't hide. It's interesting to know different ages of dinosaurs. Obviously big things are happened in the past to wiping out these unique creatures. I also have to say about narration. The author have choosed the best narrator of whole times, his articulated voice, his humor, enthusiasm and passion for children books. It's truly inspiring. I hope more parents having this book to provide their kids with history of dinosaurs and bring more joy and happiness into children life

Dino-tastic!
This is a real gem! This audiobook had me and my kids hooked from start to finish. The author's ingenious storytelling and humor made it engaging for all of us.
As an adult, I thought I knew a bit about dinosaurs, but was I wrong! This book opened up a whole new world of dinosaur knowledge. The way it combines the latest scientific discoveries with fun facts and trivia is simply fantastic.
What's even better is the bonding experience it provides. Exploring the world of dinosaurs together with my kids has been nothing short of delightful. We've laughed, learned, and shared incredible moments while uncovering the mysteries of these prehistoric creatures. Dinosaurs have never been this much fun!
