About this listen
Having a child is one of the most rewarding experiences you will ever have in life, but it is also one of the most difficult. Your child is completely dependent on you for everything at first. As your child grows, your role will diminish, but you will always be the one who gave them the gift of life. We'll speak about toddlers' behavior from ages two to four, their development, tantrums, and the causes of tantrums in this book. We'll also look at a variety of tactics for preventing and treating tantrums.
If you have a child, you may realize how many changes your child will go through during this time. First of all, let's take a look at what a toddler is. A toddler is a person from the age of two years old up to the age of four years old. At this age, a toddler will start to learn many new things, fast and easily. So, playing with them will be a lot of fun!
As you listen to this book, you will learn how to cope with your toddler's tantrums, how to understand their cause, how they happen, and why they happen, and you will be given specific techniques on how to improve tantrum time for both you and your toddler. As a parent, it is important to know how to control your emotions, and this book will guide you in that area and help you become the "perfect parent".

Are you a parent who struggles to restrain your rage toward your children? A parent who wants a peaceful and happy family? Do you simply burst when you become angry with your kids? Although you try not to get irritated when there’s a lot going on, do you often explode in anger for the smallest of reasons? Do your children insult you and not listen to you? It’s not easy. There are times that I can say, “That went well.” But there are also times of “I could’ve done a better job.” Don’t wait until it’s too late and permanent damages are done.

Great help for parents
The book has a good message about how we control our reactions to situations and people around us. It is a great starting point for a discussion with a young child or early elementary students about learning to calm, respond to different situations, and understand that these situations will keep happening to us throughout life.

Sometimes it's hard to explain your emotions when you are a child; this book helps to revolve that. The book helps the child to understand how they feel, that others feel the same way at times, their emotions are valid, and offers conflict resolution. A must have for every house hold.

I highly recommend this audio book. I found very useful tips and example situations that provided me with the ability to reflect on my parenting currently, and ways I can effectively work on better options.
Become a mindful parent is not an easy task for someone who grew up with hot headed parents and never saw another way, so this book has offered me a lot of information.
