I love her blog and her first book so buying this was a no brainer. Her recipes are all extremely tasty and even though I might not go full kepo, I am trying to cut my carbs! So far, all the recipes I have tried are very tasty.

Author does not explain why or how diet works. Book does not explain how to setup your diet ratios. Some of the foods listed are not good choices because they will throw your ratios off.
