Well done.

Appealing and informational. Easy to understand and suggestions of spiritual things to do are basic enough that most individuals could relate and follow though.

For a Spiritual “Discipline” book, this was quite refreshing:)

I felt that I could grow from going through this book, but did have some reserves because of the word “discipline” in the title. I did think there might be more ‘preachy’ undertones throughout it, and was pleasantly surprised to find it very lighthearted and enlightening.
My favorite tip from the book that comes to me right now was, “Love A Goldfish.” It’s so cute because it’s so simple! We often overlook how easy it is to be spiritually aligned, and staying in the present and “Loving a Goldfish” speaks to how simple the author knows and realizes her subject matter.
As always, narrator has a naturally soothing voice and is easy on the ears. I decided to do something different for this narration and put essential oils on a diffuser nearby, coupled with a biomat for me to sit on, with headphones on to almost meditate to it. It worked! I could zone out to her voice and absorb the material well. Enjoyed this book, completely!
