I had a hard time listening to this book because I didn’t feel “connected” but after setting that aside, I did enjoy it. The reader sounds authentic and caring. For me, I felt this book would be better for a younger audience of women. Not quite my style but I’d recommend it someone younger than me.

This is a all time keeper for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed this book and all the wisdom within its pages and, because i enjoyed it so much. I have decided to make it a bi-weekly routine of mine to listen to it while driving for work. Kudos to the author for all of her hard work also to the narrator who did and excellent job. Thank you both!

This book is wonderful!
Anyone who is struggling with setting boundaries for themselves, and keeps putting everything and everyone in front of their own needs.... NEEDS to listen to this book.
VERY helpful to guide those individuals, even the ones with the best of intentions, to do better for themselves but seem to not follow through with their self care regimen.
I definitely recommend this book!
