Be more positive

I was not entirely sure what to expect but I ended up loving this book and now I can understand why a lot of people have been talking about it. I am already feeling lighter, more positive and basically just more in control of my own life.

This was a very interesting and informative guide to positive thinking.

Thinking positive is not that hard - the trick is NOT thinking negative. Thats the tough part and this book is a very interesting guide to how we can (realistically) achieve this.

How to stop being negative all the time is not easy, I know I have struggled with this for many years, but this book taught me a lot of new ways to deal with things and reframe my thought patterns. Happy with my purchase.

Positive thinking, habits and attitudes are very important in life but can, at times, be quite tough to attain. This book makes the whole process easier and more possible. Best book I have read or listened to this year.

Positvity

I am not going into details as it is personal, but suffice to say I needed help in my life with dealing with negative thoughts, anxiety, worry, procrastination and more.

How to stop having negative thoughts - its not easy but it is possible.

An interesting book, approaching this subject from a different and more modern angle than I have read or hear in other books.

I intend to listen to this a second time as a lot of content was packed into this.
