About this listen

We are all “normal”—whatever that means—no matter where we fall on the neuro-divergent or neuro-typical spectrum.

Maybe you’ve experienced moments (or an entire lifetime) of awkwardly trying to fit in. You’re not alone. Or maybe you have full-on silent (or not-so-silent) conversations with yourself. Been there. Done that. Bought that T-shirt.

You could even have 80HD like Lori. Does your mind wander and get from point “A” to unrelated point 7,987 in 2.7 seconds, too?

Welcome to the exciting ride that is Lori’s world.Once inside, you’ll better understand everything from her compulsive emotional (and physical) hoarding to her social snafus and the voice in her head she can't forget. Lori shares stories about being diagnosed with 80HD as an adult and that piece clicking into place when she remembers growing up without understanding that she wasn’t crazy, just blessed with the awesomeness that is neuro-divergence.

You’ll read about her many misdiagnoses, heartache, and trouble the wrong medications can cause. Lori specifically wrote this book to celebrate the 80HD brain and show you that your neuro-divergence might just be your secret superpower! As you flip through these pages, you’ll laugh, cry and re-discover yourself! More importantly, you’ll learn you’re absolutely perfect just the way you are.

Whether she’s writing, posting in her Facebook group, recording an episode of All About The Benefits podcast, working with youth, or speaking on stage, Lori believes everyone has some genius (sometimes a little buried by past trauma or self-doubt) that needs to come out and shine for the whole world to see! Every single person on this planet was put here for a reason. If you’re feeling a little lost in the shuffle, let’s dig in and extract yours! You can book a free consultation call on the website mentioned throughout the book to start the process!
