I enjoyed it!

I am interested in psychology, and this book has helped me decide if it is a field I should pursue. It also introduced different forms of psychology that I can study. It is an area that is continuing to evolve. I want to be a part of the evolution of psychology. Thanks to this book, I understand which path of psychology I should take and what is required to do so.

tools highlighted to expound on psychology studies

studies didn't go into great detail of individual results, but it gives you the rubric to do the research yourself. overall would recommend this listen as it is still very enlightening and basically gives you the roots, but you water the tree yourself

May have useful data but very hard to listen to

The book doesn't seem to have a soul. It just starts abruptly with names and dates and very little story telling. I'd say only get this book if you need to search an archive on psychology.
