A well written explanation to what we see happening now in a post pandemic world when capitalism has taken all that it can from humans and offers advice on how we can regain control of our lives. A great read for anyone going through awakenings or transformations. Max delivers a high level executive brief to the world’s leaders. I hope they will read it too!

Best Book Ever!!!
I have listen to this book over 5 times and I always learn or hear something new, based on where I am in my life. It did a must listen to... over and over!
And if you ever have the chance you must attend a workshop or seminar with Max Strom he is even more powerful in person.

Real, Sincere, Lovely
I'm a student of one of Max Strom's students. I often hesitate to read books like this because I wonder if the author actually lives like they say they do, and this teacher does. His teaching is truly meant to help and heal, and it all starts with the breath. I was inspired and encouraged in my yoga practice and lifestyle by reading this. Hope you give it a shot - it could be a catalyst for good in your life, too :)
