If you are at all interested in this topic, do not miss this short and sweet audiobook! Do yourself a favor and buy it. It is well worth the cost. I was pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of his techniques, and he is a good narrator. I enjoyed it so much I logged in to write a review soon after listening. There are two chapters: a 50 minute background explanation, followed by 50 minute guided program including a few techniques and breaks with light music for witnessing the breath / meditation.Don't Miss This! Worth It.
