Awesome!
I discovered Jack Kornfield while listening to the Duncan Trussell podcast, and after listening to the same podcast over 5 times, I realized I should give one of Jacks books a try. He is an excellent writer on Buddhist teachings, and I'm very thankful for the things he has opened my eyes, and mind to. The Wise Heart is a fairly long book with many things to offer. I just finished my first listen, and I can promise you it won't be my last!

love this book
I will be recommending this book to all the people in my life. helped me understand so much about myself and cleared up a few misconceptions about buddhism I had.

I love his take on Buddhism
I have listened to Jack Kornfield for years. he is one of those people I keep going back to for inspiration. this is definitely a shining example of his work.

A path to happiness beyond therapy
Easy read. Full of vignettes, not technical. A most read if you are seeking peace and happiness within. If you adhere to the practices, brain and heart changing!
