About this listen

The third book in A Trial of Sorcerers is full of heart-pounding action, fantastical magic, and romantic tension that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Last night, Eira killed a man.

However justified her actions were, many now regard her as a cold-blooded murderer and a heretic. But there's no time to explain herself. She barely has a chance to wash the blood off her hands before the Tournament of Five Kingdoms begins.

Sequestered with the other champions for the duration of the tournament, Eira must now navigate the games, her competition, the enemies who hunt her head, and—worse than all the rest—being stuck in close quarters with the man who broke her heart.

All is fair in love and magical tournaments, and Eira is ready for the fight of her life.

Get ready for twists you never saw coming in A Tournament of Crowns. This series is perfect for those who enjoy young-adult epic fantasy full of elemental magic, slow-burn romance, found family, and battles for the futures of kingdoms set in a world you'll never want to leave.

Don't miss a single book in the A Trial of Sorcerers series. Listeners should start with A Trial of Sorcerers and then A Hunt of Shadows before listening to A Tournament of Crowns.

The story left ok the biggest cliffhanger. I'm just so angry and upset that I finished the book so quickly.
but that shows just how great the narrator and writing is. I love these characters. I love how I still get a small glimpse of the characters from air awakens series. I grew to love those characters as well. knowing that the story continues to live on but through the next generation is a readers favorite thing. ♡
I'm eagerly awaiting the next book.

what a cliffhanger!

Now the almost year long wait for the final book!

I enjoyed this installment in the “Trial of Sorcerers” series very much. It had the competition elements that I enjoyed in the first book again along with the formation of a triangle. Although the story was more about discovering secrets and learning to have trust in your friends and learning to let said friends help you in dangerous endeavors. Found Family at its finest!

This series is for those who love elemental magic, are fans of the “Air Awakens” and “Vortex Chronicles” series, who love competition stories, and spy work novels.

This book ends on a cliffhanger and leaves many questions to be answered in the final book. Which I will wait for with bated breath!

For audiophiles like myself, Vanessa Moyen, once again, gives an incredible performance!

Ha!! Finished just like I thought it would!

This was a slow burn for me. The story is riveting, the characters are changing, and it’s the build that makes the ending so worth it. The cliffhanger is deadly! Worth the listen!

More internal struggle less action. Still great!

We finally get to the Tournament of Sorcerers! Eira and the team are fighting to beat the other teams, making friends, and trying to figure out what Ulvarth, the big baddie is up to. The end goes out with a bang, and I don't think we're going to get resolution on a lot of it till the fifth book.

The whole Eria/Cullen angst keeps going, and Eria has a new interest: Olivin.

I enjoyed it, felt like it was fast paced and a fun read.

So much is happening!

Ok so this story line has always had major cliffhangers and twists but so many unexpected twists. The main character the heroine is a still always in danger and so many bad things happen to her. I really just want this girl and the Solaris family to catch a break. Hopefully someday there will be an ending where they catch a break.
Loved the performance with the differing voices. Thank you for doing that. Makes it fun to listen to.

So many twists and cliffhangers

It’s been so long since I’ve read a really good fantasy book like this. It had just enough romance to be engaging but not enough to be icky/eye rolling. Action and plot was very engaging. I’m so excited for book 4!

SO GOOD
