Ellie, bereft of the faith she grew up with, is a single mom living in a tired apartment trying to make ends meet. Sometimes she watches television to catch a glimpse of her old friend - Nolan, now an NBA star, whose terrible personal tragedies fueled his faith and athletic drive in equal measure.

Story
The modern audience hasn't had a chance to truly appreciate the unknowing dread that readers would have felt when reading Bram Stoker's original 1897 manuscript. Most modern productions employ campiness or sound effects to try to bring back that gothic tension, but we've tried something different. By returning to Stoker's original storytelling structure - a series of letters and journal entries voiced by Jonathan Harker, Dr. Van Helsing, and other characters - with an all-star cast of narrators, we've sought to recapture its originally intended horror and power.

Overall, a good book. I enjoyed the way the moral delimma was presented. The concept of salvation seemed a little rushed and shallow in places, in order to present it multiple times.

I love how plan of salvation was so clearly given along with the scriptures that back the message. Beautiful, again clear message of pro-life, and the lies that prevail to keep it lawful to kill babies. I can’t wait to read more from this author!!
