Really enjoyed it
I read this during a tough time with my teenage daughters. In the end a few acts of kindness on my end helped us to get through the day with ease. I also see many benefits to my own well-being. Highly recommend

Thought Provoking and Inspiring
This book really causes one to pause and take a good look at oneself and the ways we not only treat others but ourselves, our families, our coworkers, complete strangers, animals,
and even our planet. There are many valuable inspiring quotes in the pages of this book. I truly feel the need to up my kindness game. So glad I read this.
