If you could sum up Above the Line in three words, what would they be?
Three words? I can do it it in three letters B.C.D. is the acronym I have been looking for my entire business life. Blame Complain Defend If you can get BCD out of your team and your family life the world has to become a magical and successful place. To say it is a work in progress in both places for me would be an massive understatement. Trying to convince an 8 year old who's favorite pastime is arguing and proving herself right that eliminating BCD behavior is the way to go is quite a bit more difficult then trying it with a team of sales people, and that is proving quite a bit difficult by itself. This gives me some hope if he can make it happen with 18-22 year old elite athletes most of whom probably have never heard the word no until they got to campus. Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
