Exceptional Narration

Tyler Robbert’s narration is the highlight for me. His style is similar to Nick Podehl who is most famous for narrating The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. Both Podehl and Robbert read in a way that feels cohesive throughout the story. Robbert is a master at creating and maintaining distinctive voices for his characters throughout the story. Each unique voice helped bring the story to life in a way only an audiobook can.

Incredible Read

This is a great and well written story! I love how detailed the writing is! The author chooses her words like an artist paints a picture as you read. The twists and turns make you not want it to end! I love thhe characters are very relatable and you feel as if they are talking to you. I can’t wait for the next book!

Tyler’s narration adds so much to the characters - love how he changes his voice for each character. It definitely keeps you engaged!

Surprisingly Great!

This is not my genre of choice so I was less than excited about reading this book but figured I should probably broaden my literary horizons. I was surprised to find myself anxious to get to the next chapter. I really loved the characters and the storyline. There are two sisters who have a very close relationship, and of course a few secrets. The supporting characters had their own unique qualities and secrets, and were equally interesting. It was quite a rude awakening when I heard the words "The End." If you like the dystopian genre, then you'll definitely love this book. You'll also want to keep a close eye on Ryder Lyne.

Great Narration for a great story.

The narrator did a great job with this book. I'm looking forward to the next audiobook from the series and would recommend it to anyone who likes the genre.

Great book, would recommend to others.

It was a great book, there was once or twice that the descriptions felt a little overly technical that would disrupt the flow of the story or make you come to a complete halt to figure out what it was talking about. If reading it would not have felt so disruptive but while listening it made it harder to stop and jump back in. I love the story, a little bit of a slow burn at the beginning but you don’t even know it has you hooked until you’re half way through and don’t wanna stop listening until it’s done.

Intriguing and exciting! A must read!

I was drawn into the story right away, beginning with the archeological dig and finding of the infamous Arc of the Covenant. The events that continued to unfold as a result of what was found had me captivated. Tyler Robbert’s narration brought the characters and story to life. I couldn’t stop listening. I highly recommend the Audible version of this story! I look forward to listening to book 2 in this series.

Great listen!

I really enjoyed listening to this book! The story was engaging and original. I loved how it combined the ancient story line of the nephilim and brought into modern context. I can't wait to see where the series goes next. I especially loved the narration! The narrator brought the characters to life making the story play like a movie in my mind.

Wow! Both Author and Narrator were amazing

This book was worth listening to for sure! I could easily see this as a Netflix Series (in a good way).

For the Author, I loved the story and her writing style. It was captivating and well thought out. I enjoyed every character. While there were a bunch of medical terms that I didnt know, I quickly figured it out. All in all I cant wait to listen to the next two books!

For the Narrator, I love how you were able to voice all these characters! Your voice is smooth and it was easy to listen to. Pacing was spot on and you did a great job pulling me into the story! I would be very sad if you are not the one voicing the other two books.

In summary, the story was great, the concept was captivating, the Author showed she can write well, and the Narrator had the best voice. You have got to listen to this one!
