good survival book to thrive for adults with ADHD
After listening to this audiobook. I realize that even though I was diagnosed with Dyslexia, that doesn't mean I don't also have a bit of ADHD. This book provides a practical framework on how to properly manage your time and attention as an adult with ADHD. Handle difficult workplace situations with this condition and other aspects of an adult person with ADHD life. A good book like this is hard to find, often these kinds of books cater to kids and parents handling ADHD, it's nice to find a good one that handles the adults dealing with ADHD too. This book teaches you to survive and thrive.
