Energetic audio reader. The advise given is bold yet compassionate. Ppl with ADHD suffer from a distracted mind or they can be hyper-focused, both are extremes in attention. Both have pitfalls. The author gives great advice for focusing the mind and for keeping you focused. He also gives routines to improve mindfulness and self-care, helping you stay grounded.

I don’t have ADHD myself, but my partner does, and I’ve been trying to learn more so I can support him better without adding pressure. I had the opportunity to listen to this audiobook as I have several friends who deal with ADHD. The strategies in this book are awesome and different from other books in the sense that it's not a blanket of information that covers ADHD as a whole. The strategies are more taylor made for each individual. The book is comprehensive and covers a lot of ground which will be helpful to a ton of different people who struggle with ADHD in different areas of their life. Happy to have this in my collection and will certainly share it with my ADHD friends!
