About this listen

The Complete Evergreen Academy Series

Evergreen Academy was meant to be my fresh start. My hair was on point. My skin was flawless. And now I wore the hell out of my clothes instead of hiding them. Even running into Ryder hadn't thrown me. So what that the silver-eyed devil who tormented me for years now ruled my new school with a band of boys everyone called the Knights? The four of them were devastatingly rich, enviously handsome...and heartbreakingly cruel.

But the Evergreen Knights didn't scare me. I had my own plans and no reason to enter their little world...until one fateful night and a masquerade ball changed everything. I saw something I shouldn't have and now I've been marked. They'll do everything they can to break me, but they don't know the monsters I've faced. They don't know I've been broken before.

If they want to take on Valentina Moon...bring it on.

Evergreen Academy is a high school bully romance. This is the full series that features language and dark themes. If you're cool with that, dive in!

Good Book.

As I listened to this book I realized that I had heard it before or maybe saw a movie that was exactly the same. I'm unsure if I am the only one because I just started with audible and just bought the book.

Worth the read/listen. I can admit that I almost put it down in the beginning because it was heartbreaking to hear what was done to her. I guess I got to remember it's only a book, unfortunately things like this bullying does happen. Though it gets better and was a good mystery in the end.

Wow

Wow this series is awesome! I will tell you the RH is not really seen until the 3rd book. She has 4 guys but they are never together at the same time. The focus is not on sex. It seems to be more of a YA book but they are 14yo at the beginning. There are definitely dark tendencies, twists and turns. It definitely keep you on your toes! I do like how strong the heroine is. It was so worth it.

The narrator did a great job but I will say I hated that it was one for book 1&2 then a different one for book 3&4 but they both were good.

Finding the truth

I never would have guessed all the twists our heroes had to jumped through. Great storyline and I enjoyed the strength of the characters

The knights, The spades, and one tough girl.

Kept me on the edge of my seat. The girl should have bought a few paint cans and went to town, Grafted their cars, their rooms, their parents homes, cars and lastly their bodies…

Love this story!

I loved this story! I loved the characters and the plot! lots of twists and turns. Jackson was such a hilarious guy. I laughed out loud and teared up. I loved characters who were rich and vibrant. The story was full of friendship and betrayal. It was full heartbreak and happiness.

I LOVED this book!

I thought the narrator of the first 2 books was amazing and I loved her. The woman that narrated the last 2 books was horrible. I hated how she spoke as each character. Very nasally and she made me realize what a hamster would sound like if it could speak. She made it hard to listen but I wanted to finish the series!

The author makes you want to be the lead female

This series was one of my favorites so far. I liked how it had the suspense, the why choose, the bully aspect, I just loved everything about it. I was rooting for her from day one. The lead female character is one of the most badass female leads yet. Heck the author makes you want to be FMC. She broke it off in those boys and left them wanting, needing and begging for me like the true queen she was. YES! Bring it!!!
I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and it makes me want to continue to the next part in Breakbattle Academy. See you there next.

*** PS. I just came back to say .. It has been months and I still think about this series. None have compared since. I may have to re-read it instead of the audio this time. But the narrators to so good and the guys voice..... mmmm yummy...

Loved this!

I got Breakbattle on audio and since the first time I read this series as individual books and it was my first from this author, I decided to try this universe in order so went and got this one to start first.

I really love this series - it works for me in so many different ways. I love that each of these characters has a lot of depth and so much going on and there are so many twists and turns as you move through it. Listening to it versus reading made a huge difference as well. The angst felt so much more angstier with a narration that really makes the story come alive.

I wish their story didn't feel like it ended abruptly - I know it's because we have Somerset after which tells their story in college, but I really wanted to see how they make it work all together in college in every day situations, and Somerset focuses on one guy per book and in situations that felt not like the everyday so even though we have that, it makes this ending feel abrupt.

I still feel like these books deserve to be on a list of "must read/listen" for anyone that is an RH fan, but especially an RH bully fan and I always recommend them to those new to the genres.
