About this listen

I’m one of the eight young women abducted by aliens from college! Before I even wake up from my abduction, I'm “rescued” from the shuttle that crashed here on their prison planet. My rescuer is different, though, with mismatched eyes and a language I can’t understand.

But as I’m coming to terms with everything around me, I become a pawn in a tug-of-war between my new rescuer and a group of unhappy aliens. They are determined to break away from their prison, taking everything of value with them - and that includes me!

Amari's Adored is the sequel to Bren's Blessing (the first book of the Quasar Lineage) and Matthias's Miracle (the second book of the Quasar Lineage). You don't have to read/listen to Bren's Blessing or Matthias’s Miracle in order to understand the plot, but the story will be more well rounded if you do. It's part of a science fiction romance series but can be listened to as a stand-alone story with no cliff-hangers!

Please note: This sci-fi alien romance contains adult language and steamy adult bedroom scenes. It is intended for listeners over 18.

another great addition to the Quasar series

Would I listen to it again: yes
Did the story keep me engaged: yes
Was I invested in the characters: yes

Story comment: I enjoyed Amari's Adored. I thought it had good pace, likeable characters and an entertaining story.
I know the Quasar Lineage series is primarily tagged for "erotica", but I find the stories around the 18+ scenes very enjoyable and each of the characters really interesting that I just wish the story was further developed and that there was just more of it.

Narration comment: For me, Randi Johnson and Kelsey Navarro make a fantastic narrator team. Their rhythm, inflections and intonations all work to bring emotion and life to both the characters and story and I become completely absorbed.

What happens on the prison planet??

I received this book in exchange for my honest unbiased review.

This story picks up right after book to. Book 2 deals with a space shuttle crash that has all handful of human women on it. When Amari realizes that his mate, Rachel, is on the ship he goes to retrieve her.

This story had a lot of action and drama. In the beginning of the book it was a bit slow since Rachel and Amari did not know each others language. They used gestures in order to communicate with one another which is understandable. As the story picks up I started to get a bit uncomfortable. The story did not have anything to heinous that occurred but there was a bit of an OMG what is happening moment.

We do know that The Warden on this prison planet was corrupt but it was never mentioned that there was a faction that was doing what he was doing. As the story progressed I really wanted that faction to perish. I think one of the only issues that I have with the story and somebody mentioned it before was that certain characters we were introduced never got any resolution for them. The people that ended up kidnapping Rachel we never heard from again. I wanna know what happened to that group did they perish or do they survive?

I am really hoping that we get to see more of some of the prisoners on this planet because it seems as though the ruling council of females are just sending people to this planet because they have the power. I am really excited to see what ends up happening to the Quasar race.

The narration was good. I am excited to see what happens next.

Everyone needs an Amari in their life!

I asked to receive this free review Audible book and wrote this unbiased review. This book captured my attention from the beginning and held it to the end. It contains action, rescues, finding your fated mate, kidnappings, and hot sensual love scenes. There are also some possible triggers such as child abuse and using drugs to put people to sleep without their permission. Amari is a strong, caring, and protective man despite the abuse he suffered as a child. Rachel also didn't have the best childhood. She is a fighter and when she figures out that she loves Amari her life, heart, and soul becomes his. Rachel will teach him some of the sensual parts of love making. Pearl Tate, we need more books in this series. Thank you for making these wonderful audio books. Randi Johnson and Kelsey Navarro make a great team. Their rhythm, inflections and intonations create the perfect portrayal of the emotions and personalities of these characters. I have been listening to Randi for awhile and he is like a fine wine that gets better with age. Now I am not calling Randi old by any means. Lol Randi and Kelsey give their characters distinctive voices which bring them to life. I highly recommend this Audible book.

She's my everything

I really enjoyed this sci-fi romance read - maybe not quite as much as the first two but still a really good read / listen. Narration was great - loved the dual narration for Rachel and Amari which really brings characters to life when you have male / female lead characters. The chemistry between the two is undeniable and the story line is action packed. I can't really go into more without spoilers but lets just say that Rachel is prone to multiple abductions and rescues on her way to a HEA. Amari is out to do anything for his fated mate, because she's his everything!

This book was given to me for free at my request and I provided this voluntary review.

Awesome

An intriguing sci-fi story. I never imagined I would really like it. I hope I had the opportunity to read the first two in the series though before I delved into this audiobook. The first book, I believe is free in Amazon. Anyway, I'm not into spoilers, so I won't give any. I just have to warn for some triggers (rape and then some drugs involved). I will definitely read the first book after I had this audiobook. As for the narrator's performance, its superb for me. They actually gave the characters life in the way they inflected their voices and emotions into it.. I was completely engrossed. I just wish I had the ebook to read/hear it the same time ;) I was given a free copy of the audiobook, voluntarily listened and now am giving an honest review of it.

Fated Mates from Different Worlds

I received a copy of Amari’s Adored (The Quasar Lineage, book 3) by Pearl Tate in exchange for my honest review, and here it is. This is the first book I read from Pearl Tate and it was a great short story that you cannot put down. It is a nice science fiction romance that you can relate to the characters with action. If you’re into science fiction romance this book is for you.

A Wonderful Sci-fi Romance

The Quasar Lineage is a fantastic sci-fi romance series, it's wonderfully written, and it gets better and better with each installment. The first two books were, fabulous and the third, Amari's Adored, is even better. The storyline is a satisfying galactic adventure, packed with drama, suspense, romance, and steam. The main characters, Rachel and Amari, are appealing, diverse, and bold with painful pasts. I adored the way they connected and communicated with gestures and body language. As for the chemistry, it was absolutely off-the-charts.

Stellar performances by Randi Johnson and Kelsey Navarro. Both narrators captured the nuances of the characters, bringing them to life. Amari's Adored is a very entertaining sci-fi romance, one I strongly recommend. I received a promotional copy of this audiobook, and my unbiased review is given voluntarily.

Great

This series is so much more than I thought it would be when I started it. With it being so short I didn’t honestly expect much but I am happy to say that I was wrong. With short listens they pack so much! I love this series and I want more please record the rest of the series!!! I have to know what happened to the others! Especially the one aka Travek who went to get the women from Earth.
