About this listen

A series of short stories that illustrate the life and work for an American Bush Pilot flying for a Humanitarian organization in remote and rustic Southern Guyana. Plenty of humor. Some gritty reality.

Interesting Perspective

Very cool short story from the perspective of a common man accomplishing an uncommon task. Great details about aviation, local food/culture, and the often overlooked details about life in a “land that time forgot.” Anyone who has ever gone out of their way to procure a small luxury in an austere environment will appreciate the peanut story. The poem at the end is beautiful.

Eggs and peanuts

Too much talk about eggs and peanuts and too much about flying or issues about flying
