About this listen

Did Charlie Bennett ever tell you that vampires are evil spawn? Well they are!

She's had just about enough of them and when the unthinkable happens, she decides it might just be time to use her blood as a weapon against them. It's time for a little anarchy.

Middle Ground

What made the experience of listening to Anarchy the most enjoyable?

Anarchy is the second in the trilogy. I could not wait to start this one. I actually thought this has the potential to be a good segway between the 1st and last novel.

Would you recommend Anarchy to your friends? Why or why not?

I would recommend it as a second or third option if they really got through other options and just needed something. The story line is slightly mediocre, and where the lingo was good in the first novel, I got tired of hearing BAFF every time Jayden was mentioned. I mean hello, we have been into the story how long now? I don't need a new intro everytime you pull him back into the story.

What does Dara Rosenberg bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The characters were very well defined. I had a good grasp for the flamboyant Jayden and the dark Ryder. However, her Australian accent was lacking in credibility.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Vampires + Humans = ASH

or Just another vampire story you'll forget in a few weeks.

Any additional comments?

Good story for filling the time. I enjoyed the action and the plot thickening. However, As I am reviewing this novel after finishing the trilogy I am disappointed with the overall scheme of things.

Fantastic performance

Would you listen to Anarchy again? Why?

Yes, it's a great series and this narrator did a good performance.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

It was empowering, I guess.

Any additional comments?

This is a great series and pretty different from other tired story lines. The narrator in this was very good. Had distinct voices for everyone and good pacing.

Talk about a cliffhanger!

This was much better than the 1st book, ASH. The story is great and keeps you entertained and the storyline gets a bit more intense. Looking forward to the finale.

The excellence continues

After I finished the first book in this series, I immediately bought the second. I was that hooked. The authors did a excellent job with this story. It is so rich with substance. It grabbed ahold of me and didn't let go. I have to listen to this story until the end, which means I have to get book number 3. The narrator also did a excellent job with the characters, their personalities and the overall story telling.

Another great book

I just happened to stumble across book 1 a couple of months ago. I wasn't sure how another vampire book was going to turn out but I absolutely love this series. With the ending of the Sookie Stackhouse series and the ending of the Rachel Morgan series, I was worried I wouldn't be able to find another good series to entertain me. This series did not fail to disappoint. Book 2 was even better than book 1. I can't wait start book 3!!

Keeps Getting Better

Would you listen to Anarchy again? Why?

Absolutely! It just keeps getting better every book it feels like. Their is humor, action, love. I feel like im in the book watching all of this happen. It just wraps you into it all. My ONLY issue with the book is that its not long enough. I WANT MORE!

Action packed

I love this narrator. The story picks up right where the first one ended. There was plenty of revelations and twists. A worthy sequel.
