I'm so happy he wrote his story. My emotions where all over the place. I hope his story will help others find their peace.

I absolutely loved this story as some things I honestly felt like an odd ball in life. However this story was one I needed to hear. If you’re in sobriety or dealt with abuse this is one for you. It has everything including the most important lesson,hope…..

A must have

Forrest, thank you for your vulnerability of bringing your truth to the world. Your words do spark light in others.

Everyone needs to read this book

This man has courage beyond description. He has walked the streets of hell yet come out a survivor determined to love. He is the epitome of a warrior for truth amidst a hurricane of lies, abuse, and death... the kind of death that attempts to kill the soul while leaving the body alive so that suffering lives on... yet he has overcome even that.

profoundly moving and horrifying all at once.

Although our traumas may be very different, this book can be so very helpful in identifying the deep rooted beliefs we hold about ourselves and then how to seek out help and understanding the paths to our own redemption. I have so much respect for Forrest and his fight for a better life than what he experienced from such a young age. His personal traumas were horrible and any one of them could’ve been too much for one person to bear but he finally was able to seek out and accept the help that has led him to his own successful redemption.

True redemption

I finished this book in 4 sessions. It was hard to put it down once I started! I found myself sitting outside in my backyard and processing what I just read after I was done each night. There is so much the author Forrest had gone through in his life even from early childhood that he tells about in his story that is both tragic and miraculous. I suggest to read this book if you had a tough childhood, if you dealt with abuse (sexual and/or physical), if you suffer from PTSD, if you're in a program of recovery, If you don't believe you can be forgiven for something you regret and if you don't relate with anything I just mentioned I still suggest to read it because it's a must read.

Angel Blue is an incredible story!

The author shares his life experiences, their effects on him, and his journey to not only recover, but grow through it. Lang inspires, motivates, and educates. Thank you, Forrest, for opening your soul for us to see and learn from. Semper Fi.
