Pretty good intro for those new to HGH

This was a worthwhile listen and the early chapters have some information on supplements I haven't tried yet. Unfortunately many of these supplements are out of financial reach on top of what I am already doing. Mostly though, this is a beginning education on the wonders of increasing HGH and how to do so safely. Forget what you've heard about the dangers from bodybuilders and give it a listen.

I am currently injecting what is (or so I've read) considered the safest way to increase HGH, growth hormone stimulating peptides, (GHRP) or secratogues. The book touches on this option but really pushes using growth hormone sprays directly. I wonder which is more effective? Safer? I will continue to research this option for my father and me. Using the secratogues / peptides, I'm increasingly pleased with my results. It seems that either choice seems to be safe and highly beneficial.

I'm not a bodybuilder - in fact I'm a 55-year-old post-menopausal out-of-shape overworked woman who works from home and doesn't move enough typically in my day. Just prior to starting peptides, my stress was such that I had a 15-lb weight swing in 30 days! I had to take emergency action for my health.

Using the peptides, in the past 7 weeks I've managed to put on 6.5 lbs of muscle mass according to my Nokia scale. I am not weight lifting, but am riding a Trikke (Trikke.com) on the trail about 90 minutes 3-4 times/week. I do plan to include heavier resistance training soon. I was just surprised I've been able to put on so much muscle without using resistance and doing something fun that I love.

My stack includes iPamorelin and CJC 1295. I've just also started using HCG to mobilize stubborn fat that doesn't seem to be moving and to help support muscle growth, even though I'm not restricting calories. I'm on Keto, high fat, so this is a leap of faith! I was afraid I'd gain fat doing this but that doesn't seem to be the case. Muscle gains sharply increasing over a pound or two each week, and fat declining even eating high fat.

Thanks to rising HGH levels, I love that I am feeling more energetic, optimistic, and am able to power through workouts with more vigor. I've been using for just under two months overall, and I know the real anti-aging effects will come in the next several months. I can't wait!

I highly recommend HGH supplementation. This book is a good start about what you can expect.
