Publisher's summary
Ancient secrets. Hidden danger. A lost masterpiece.
Darwin Lacroix seeks a tranquil year in Paris guest lecturing at the esteemed École du Louvre, but fate has other plans. Beneath the museum's grandeur lie secrets of a murky past.
A clandestine group formed in the Age of Enlightenment secretly controls the collections. During the wars, its unscrupulous curators conspired to squirrel away booty, cutting out the rightful owners. Billions in art: bought and sold for private gain. When French authorities pressure Darwin to expose the group’s dark agenda, he pushes back.
But he soon discovers a terrible wrong done to his family that he must make right.
Trust is scarce. Danger constant in this deadly chase through the Paris underbelly
Louvre Escape is a whirlwind of suspense and action, where every clue and twist brings Darwin closer to a shattering revelation while fighting to restore the Louvre's legacy.

Story
Kidnappers grabbed Jenna in broad daylight, right in front of her children and their horrified classmates. Her family was issued an insane ransom demand: $25 million in cash and jewels, payable by the end of the school day, otherwise they’ll never see her again. As Jenna’s mother scrambles to gather the money, detectives Mo Butler and George Ortega follow the trail of the kidnappers, which will lead them through a sordid landscape of jealous lovers, broken dreamers, and twisted schemers. But every second counts, and there’s one thing Jenna Wade doesn’t have: very much time.

Story
It was 1970 in a defeated Rhode Island fishing town. Vietnam and Nixon dominated the national news. Both the near and distant future looked bleak. But they were five inseparable high school friends with something incredible in common: an unwavering resolve to look after each other no matter what hell life threw at them. And they were on a mission. The plan was simple: Go off the grid before they turned 18 to avoid the draft. They’d sell some grass, stack some cash, then head west and start a commune. What could possibly go wrong?

When he reports it to his boss, the national clandestine services chief, he is uncharacteristically reprimanded for conducting an unauthorized investigation and told to leave it to the FBI.

Story
Ex-Delta Force sniper Breed has spent most of his life at war, and now he’s trying to make some time for peace. But when a veteran from his old unit is murdered in El Paso, Breed feels duty-bound to bring the killer to justice. A feeling that only grows stronger when his friend’s widow and son are also murdered. As he uses all his specialist skills to uncover the truth, Breed finds himself working with some unlikely allies - a devious CIA operative and a determined Latina reporter. Together, they uncover a conspiracy to launch a massive attack on US soil.
