Publisher's summary
I know the answer to the world’s deepest secret....
Graham, a functioning alcoholic and Harvard medical student, stumbles across a puzzling communication from his deceased Navy SEAL brother. Graham must work to unravel a litany of secrets sobering in their implications not only for himself, but for the past 12,000 years of human history and the secrets of the universe. Had he not, in his hungover state, opened the email, Graham could have continued on his predetermined successful, if dysfunctional, path and never embarked on the paradigm-shifting journey that so loosens his grasp on reality and obliterates not only what he chooses to believe, but what he trusts as fact.
With the help of his long-term girlfriend, his quirky Mensan best friend, his wild and athletic best girlfriend since childhood, and his friend from undergrad at Georgetown who followed him to Harvard for grad school, he sets out to decode this complex cryptogram, which he soon discovers is charged with the potential to unhinge the very control that certain government officials are intent, at all costs, on maintaining.
Micah T. Dank takes the listener on an electrifying hunt for what is real and what is possible, encountering along the way politics, conspiracies, fringe medicine, history, and language, and what it means to survive - thrive, even - when you have the weight of the world on your shoulders.
Beneath the Veil is the first book in the six-book Into the Rabbit Hole series that proves that love and humor may not be the answer, but that without these variables, there is no worthy solution to any challenging problem or improbable situation.

David Icke has been writing books for decades warning that current events were coming. He has faced ridicule and abuse for saying that the end of human freedom was being planned, how, and by whom. The Trap is the "Rosetta Stone" of illusory reality and opens the door to freedom in its greatest sense. Listen to this book and the "world" will never look the same again. The veil of illusion shall be swept aside and the amazing truth this has kept from us shall set you free.

Tom Segura is known for his twisted takes and irreverent comedic voice. But after a few years of crazy tours and churning out podcasts weekly, all while parenting two young children, he desperately needs a second to himself. It’s not that he hates his friends and family — he’s not a monster — he’s just beat, which is why his son’s (ruthless) first full sentence, “I’d like to play alone, please,” has since become his mantra.

Life - if you've ever thought you might be doing it wrong, you're not alone. Objects in the Mirror: Thoughts on a Perfect Life from an Imperfect Person is a collection of essays that explores what it means to be alive. Like Polaroids framing the years of a troubadour and family man afflicted with an excess of self-awareness, these are stories without any clear good guys or bad guys. Instead, in each of these vignettes you will find dysfunctional humans trying to do their best and bouncing off each other in the process.

John Crist wasn’t always recognizable as “the guy from that hilarious video in the grocery store.” Growing up part of a homeschool family of ten in rural Georgia with Mennonite grandparents and a high-school job at Chick-fil-A, he was an unlikely candidate for internet fame. Despite all that, or perhaps because of it, Crist passionately pursued his dream of stand-up comedy. In Delete That, Crist takes responsibility for his actions, offers some reflections on how to do better, and encourages us all to stop capitulating to the fear of “But what will they think?!”

Story
Mother American Night is the wild, funny, heartbreaking, and often unbelievable (yet completely true) story of an American icon. Born into a powerful Wyoming political family, John Perry Barlow wrote the lyrics for thirty Grateful Dead songs while also running his family’s cattle ranch. He hung out in Andy Warhol’s Factory, went on a date with the Dalai Lama’s sister, and accidentally shot Bob Weir in the face on the eve of his own wedding. Despite being a freely self-confessed acidhead, he served as Dick Cheney’s campaign manager during Cheney’s first run for Congress.

Brantt Myhres wasn't around for the birth of his daughter. Myhres had played for seven different NHL teams, and had made millions. But he'd been suspended four times, all for drug use, and he had partied his way out of the league. This is his story, in his own words, of how he fought his way out of minor hockey into the big league, but never left behind the ghosts of a bleak and troubled childhood.

An avid sports better and frequent card player, Lange believes that the true gambler gets high not from winning, but from the chaotic unknown of betting itself. He recounts some of his favorite moments, many of which haven't involved money at all. In this candid and entertaining memoir, he looks back at the times he's wagered the intangible and priceless things in life: his health, his career, and his relationships.

Story
When it comes to finding dirt, Evan Reed is the best in the business. She’s a “dust-buster” - a paid operative hired by political campaigns to vet candidates for national office. She’s also a foulmouthed and cranky ex-Catholic - attempting to raise a 14-year-old daughter on her own. When she is hired to investigate the background of a squeaky-clean and charismatic junior senator who might just be the next president, the last thing she expects to uncover is a murder.

Growing up in a Philadelphia suburb in the 1970s was an easy life. Well, easy as long as you didn't have dyslexia or ADD, or were a Jew. And once you added gay into the mix, life became more difficult. So Todd Glass decided to hide the gay part, no matter how comic, tragic, or comically tragic the results. Now, Todd has written an open, honest, and hilarious memoir in an effort to help everyone - young and old, gay and straight - breathe a little more freely.

Story
In Radio Free Albemuth, his last novel, Philip K. Dick morphed and recombined themes that had informed his fiction from A Scanner Darkly to VALIS and produced a wild, impassioned work that sounds like a visionary alternate history of the United States. Agonizingly suspenseful, darkly hilarious, and filled with enough conspiracy theories to thrill the most hardened paranoid, Radio Free Albemuth is proof of Dick's stature as our century's greatest science fiction writer.

Millions of viewers know and love Bob Saget from his role as the sweetly neurotic father on the smash hit Full House, and as the charming wisecracking host of America's Funniest Home Videos. And then there are the legions of fans who can't get enough of his scatological, out-of-his-mind stand-up routines, comedy specials, and outrageously profane performances in such shows as HBO's Entourage and the hit documentary The Aristocrats.

Really great and actual.
This story was really great. Using fiction as a tool for mass initiation is a superb idea. It's full of gems and breadcrumbs to get anyone started on their journey to awakening. Expect nothing less from Blackstone.

Fast paced and entertaining
I've been waiting for the audio version of this novel and was not disappointed. The voice acting is good and the story, while kind of all over the place, moves quickly with a lot of humor and snark from the main character's narration. I've watched Mr. Dank give interviews on different YouTube channels and his ideas are very interesting. I had some exposure to Astrotheology from other researchers and it just kind of made sense to me. This novel attempts a crash course into the world of Astrotheology and the parasites that control our world, and I believe it would be a great introduction to the subject for a newcomer. It is also entertaining and will leave you wanting the second book. Thankfully, the second book is also available on Audible!

Had Potential
In theory this book had potential, unfortunately it fell short. I really wanted to give it higher reviews but there were too many issues to do so. First and foremost, it really needed an editor, not only a line editor but a developmenttal editor should have been essential prior to publishing. There were way too many holes in the story and way too much of a background left out. The characters were too shallow as well - you couldn't bond with them as the "hero", not even a reluctant one. It had the vibe of a teenage term paper, though I suspect given the 80's references that it was written by someone much older. it had a teenaged maturity level. And who uses the term, "joneseing" anymore? I was also astonished at the blatant plagiarism - that should have been caught by the editor - yes, we've all seen the YT videos too. It read of more a passion project that spanned 30 years before publishing. And don't get me started on the misinformation and the historical flaws. The quotes of some of the most grotesque figures in history will leave a bad taste in the mouth of anyone who knows how to think for themselves. If your bored, MAYBE give it a listen but don't say I didn't warn you of potential disappointment.
