Publisher's summary

Caitlyn Le Fey came to England to search for her family. She didn’t expect to find witches, magic, romance, chocolate...and murder.

Enjoy the first two stories from the Bewitched by Chocolate Mysteries, plus an exclusive short story, in one handy collection!

“...the perfect blend of magic and mayhem. This series has me completely bewitched!”

Books in this box set:

Dark, Witch & Creamy (Book 1)

Caitlyn's world changes when she learns that she was found as an abandoned baby and adopted by her American family. Now, her search for answers takes her to a tiny English village where a man has been murdered - and where a mysterious shop selling enchanted chocolates is home to the "local witch"...

Soon Caitlyn finds herself fending off a toothless old vampire, rescuing an adorable kitten and meeting handsome aristocrat Lord James Fitzroy...not to mention discovering that she herself might have magical blood in her veins!

When she's dragged into the murder investigation and realizes that dark magic is involved, Caitlyn is forced to choose. Can she embrace her witchy powers in time to solve the mystery and save those she loves?

Witch Chocolate Fudge (Book 2)

Since arriving in the tiny English village of Tillyhenge, Caitlyn is discovering that there are lots of perks to being a witch (although sadly, magic still can't make your thighs thinner or stop you acting like an idiot every time you meet handsome Lord James Fitzroy!)

But when the nasty housekeeper at Huntingdon Manor is murdered and Caitlyn becomes the main suspect, she finds herself surrounded by suspicious villagers. With the help of her sassy American cousin and a mischievous black kitten - not to mention the old village witch and her shop of enchanted chocolates - Caitlyn sets out to clear her name.

She soon realises that this is no simple murder. Her sleuthing leads her to an ancient ring with mythical powers - a ring worth killing for. But with a few clever spells and some chocolate magic, Caitlyn just might solve the mystery - and find her real family too!

Witch Mocha Morsel (Short Story)

Join novice witch Caitlyn and her adorable kitten Nibs for more mysterious shenanigans in the charming Cotswolds village of Tillyhenge...with a special appearance by Viktor the toothless vampire and the dashing Lord James Fitzroy - not to mention lots of delicious chocolates!

I loved this box set! Nice stories with murder mystery and none of the foul language or behavior. I could listen with my children around.

Sweet little mystery series

I enjoy this series but not quite as much as the Oxford Tearoom series.
This would be a nice mystery series for a younger crowd

Very cute and bubbly.

When I read reviews, I am looking for information that is going to help me determine whether or not this is going to be a book worth buying. I wish people would just be cut and dry, and not go into so much details about the book itself. Hello, I could read the description before I go into the reviews!!
So I’ve decided to categorize what I look for.

Social Level:
Adult, she is in I think her 20s maybe early 30s.

Language:
Language is cute, very bubbly. I don’t think there was any cuss words. If there was very very few, and probably more like slang.

Romance:
This is a very light romance, a lot of flirting than nitty-gritty romance.

Sex:
They talk about sex, but there are no sexual scenes.

Creatures:
This book is about witches. There is a cute little old vampire that pops up.

Mood:
This is not a dark book although it is categorized as a mystery I believe, and there is a mystery to it don’t get me wrong, but definitely not dark at all. I would say it reminds me a lot of Murder. She Wrote the TV show I used to watch with my grandma when I was a little kid.

Narrator:
I didn’t mind the narrator at all.

Continuing On:
This is a box set that I am reviewing, but there are multiple books in the series that is not included in the box set I believe there are seven books in all, maybe a couple more side ones. I have continued on. I did enjoy the story.

Last Thoughts:
This is not my usual cup of tea. I like a little bit more darker romance, sex books, but sometimes those can be so over the top and raunchy that you need a break. I gave this book a try and I’m very happy that I did. It is cute, uplifting, and bubbly. I have listen to it the whole series multiple times. Although I do believe there is another book out, number seven that I have not listened to yet, but I will eventually.

the last book just cuts off after a few chapters??

Witch Mocha Morsel is barely getting started and it just stops. I thought there was a download error at first, but the it goes on to advertise the next book in the series.

Cute

I liked the books. The narrator was nice. She had some trouble with accents but those are difficult anyway so it's forgivable. The stories were cute. I wish the romance would go a bit faster but I like that there isn't any sex or gore etc.

Fun and humorous

I never thought I’d read a paranormal story but I like this author so I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. This book was so fun I immediately read the second one which was even better. The author is skilled at making you suspend disbelief and just enjoy the story. Also, this book is laugh out loud funny. If you are like me and don’t like vampires don’t worry, she had a unique, humorous way of dealing with that also. I don’t want to give it away so just try the book.
