A public service for humanity!

I’m already a MB groupie (Wayfinder coach) so maybe a bit biased, but this book feels perfect for this moment in time, when established social norms are crumbling and everything just feels intense. It’s a beautiful roadmap towards creating a fulfilling, exciting and meaningful life on your own terms. Also this stuff works - I’ve been doing this “work” for a couple years now and life just keeps getting exponentially more awesome. Thanks Martha - you are pure magic. 💕

Excellent and encouraging!
From the personal issue of anxiety to the big picture of climate change Martha Beck gives easy concrete suggestions to take action. I finished this book feeling encouraged personally and globally. Wonderful!

One of my top 3 books for life
I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this book. I loved the witty jokes and engaging stories. I loved the tools to eliminate anxiety once and for all. I can’t wait to reread it again and again. Thank you Martha Beck
