About this listen

You don't know who you are. But they do.

You wake up on the subway tracks in Los Angeles with no memory of who you are. A backpack is at your feet. Inside is a fresh set of clothes, $1,000 in cash, a phone number, and the instructions "Do not call the police."

As you try to figure out your identity, the questions swirl. What is your name? How did you get here? What is the meaning of the tattoo on your wrist of a blackbird and the code FNV02198? There is only one thing you know for sure: People are trying to kill you.

the way the story is told really sells it. Well written and sort of intense, but still fun. I love it.

interesting.

It didn’t make sense in the end because she could’ve notified the police. Other than that I felt the book flowed well

The ending seemed rushed

I really enjoyed the book and how the story was told. You can’t help but think what you would do if you were the main character. Gets you almost breathless at times. Chapters from different characters’ perspectives spread out nicely; not in a specific order or pattern. The second person narrative is a nice touch and made a lot of sense for the main character since she is basically a stranger to herself.

Keeps you guessing and wondering…

What was that? Seriously !

The whole second person narrative was annoying , hard to get through and just.....ugh!

You had the whole plot thing figured out by chapter four or five (you're kind of slow that way),
you curse and want to trow your iPad against the wall or something, you hesitate and think about your future reads...you blame audible for tempting you with the audiobook . You want your credit back!!!
