1 Star Not For Me and I’m surprised by the 5 Stars
I picked up several Body Transformations, Weight Loss, Fitness, Meditations recently. Hitting my 40s - well, life changes and the body changes faster!
I used to be more active but as I empty-nested, well, my routines and habits changed. I found some really good ones but this just really bottomed out.
I don’t like the narrator. I think the way she said ‘regularly’ irked me and pulled me out of relaxation or deep thought. Every. Single. Time.
The affirmations were on continuous repeat and held little depth or weight (no pun intended).
I’d strongly recommend others. This was wasted time - and I listened to it nightly for a week, to see if it would grow on me.
The background was soothing. So I kept hoping...
