inspiring

This is great to listen to during meditation or in a calm peaceful place to remind yourself you can do anything! If your goal is to lose weight these affirmations are wonderful for keeping yourself motivated and positive as you change your habits and focus on bettering yourself through food. these affirmations are really relatable to anyone as you go through the ups and downs of changing habits.

Excellent affirmations!

I like the affirmations. Really helps you remember to take care of yourself and to exercise. The affirmations are efficient as they don't focus on the negative but really focus on the change you're trying to make.

Nice!

It’s recommended that you listen to this book as you fall asleep and allow your unconscious mind accept and reprogram with weight loss affirmations. Many of the affirmations repeat, as they should since repetition is required to change. The narrator’s voice is quite soothing and the background noise is tranquil. Hypnotic Listen

Rapid Weight Loss Affirmations for Women by Jade Roberts is a hypnotic listen. The mantras are helpful. I have been trying to lose weight and hope to see the benefits of these affirmations with attitude, exercise, and eating habits.

Great Positive Results!

I was pleasantly surprised to listen to this title. I found it very relaxing and so positive that it was not a chore, as most anything to do with weight loss is. I find myself eating less and pausing before a nibble to ask if I really want that, which in my case has cut down on my autopilot eating because it’s there. I am very pleased to say this has really helped me. I received this audiobook free and this review is done voluntarily!
