Why doesn’t the audio book and the actually book match up?

I recently listened to the audiobook version of a novel and was left utterly confused by the discrepancies between the audio and the actual book. It was baffling to hear the audiobook reader adding or leaving out information, completely altering the story. For example, there was a scene where the protagonist Nyah steals something - in the book, it was described as a packet, but in the audiobook, it was a hair extension.

Not only that, but the chapters in the audiobook didn't match up with the actual book, making it even more difficult to follow along. This inconsistency made it incredibly frustrating to listen to, as I never knew what information was accurate and what wasn't. I have never experienced such a disconnect between an audiobook and its source material before.

Overall, I would caution others against relying solely on the audiobook version of this novel, as it may not accurately represent the story as intended by the author. It's a shame that such discrepancies can take away from the enjoyment of the book.

wow!!!

Like I said... just wow! I picked this book up today and finished it today! The story hooks you from the first chapter and keeps up the pace throughout the whole book. Dean is probably my favorite character, but Karen is up there as well! It's definitely worth the read! Can't wait to read what happens next!

She is the worst

The FMC is the most pathetic being. The entire story she is helpless and selfish. She’s extremely childish and no likable so she’s hard to feel bad for.
