About this listen

The Fire Wolf and I found my abducted twin, but my life is hardly back to normal....

Let’s see, my hired hunter has decided I’m his mate, my twin sister is blaming me for her abduction, a crazy and dangerous supernatural is now after my magic, and I’m somehow supposed to keep running Practically Perfect despite the disaster that is my life.

Sigh...I just can’t win, especially when the crazy supernatural comes looking for me and my hired hunter goes into full-blown territorial werewolf mode. Did I mention that I haven’t accepted his mating bond?

Now, it’s getting real, especially when I learn that my hunter has kept a very dark secret from me...a secret that affects my very way of life.

Wow!

Ok. First off, I may be the only one who would never question a mate bond from a broody, sexy as hell, werewolf, animal instinct be damned! “Oh, we’re supposed to be together? Ok!” Second, that ending…mind blown! This series is turning out to be my favorite out of all of Krista’s Supernatural series.

3.5stars, repetitive inner monologues by FMC, love the MMC

A little repetitive with the heroine’s inner monologue on why she can or can’t be with the MMC.. story otherwise was great. Will continue with the series.

This is the second book in the series and has Tala finding and saving her twin sister from her kidnappers. Things are bigger than anyone thought and finally the SF decides that they might have to get involved. While I am enjoying the story, I am having a really hard time with the sister Tessa (the one who was kidnapped) We are finding out that things are not what they seem with the sisters and it is apparent that Tessa is perfectly willing to take advantage of her sister's non stop coddling due to what she thinks are "her due". Yeah, that annoys me.

Things are also getting complicated with the Fire Wolf, who now thinks Tala is his mate. Unfortunately, now it is not just Tessa who is irritating me - Tala's behavior is beginning to make me crazy.

Unfortunately, it appears that not only are things not over, but things are getting much more complicated. Now, that's more like it.

Action, drama, ancient power....

This is the kind of story I was looking for.....

Love the story

Love the story but wish I could skip past all the stupid female MC insecurities and get to the good part. She is so insecure and cannot see the amazing fire wolf in front of her ! Especially at the end of this book to get mad about the bombshell dropped- like B would be dead if he hadn’t. Ugh- I liked her a lot more in book one.

okay seriously Krista, I want to reach through my phone and hit you!

what is this garbage. the FMC is the most whiny annoying woman on earth. it's just too bad to explain, I feel violent listening to this. I loved Krista street but this is making me question it. I can't believe she would portray a woman so poorly. gross.
