Great Reminder!

A lot of this is things we intuitively know but don't practice. This is a great quick reminder on how to be a charismatic person that values their customer. I highly recommend it, if even only as a refresher. It was read by a person with a pleasant voice that was easy to tune into while working remotely. Thumbs Up

Real basic beginner stuff

Real basic beginner stuff...like girl scout cookie sales level. Fine if you must start from scratch.
