Found it to be Informative!
I was not sure that CBD oils and creams could be so effective for pain relief and anxiety treatment, this books opens me up to the whole big world of CBD's. The author explains what the CBD's are and how they are helpful, the author does not only talk about the good things regarding the CBD's but also tells the side effects that some CBD's can cause to some people, which makes this an informative book on CBD. The author tells about CBD products like oils, edibles and lotions as well, and tells how to choose the right product.
This book has just not only introduced me to the CBD's but has also made me belief in CBD's and I may soon try them for my anxiety issues.
The narration of this audio book is pleasing, the narrator does not have a heavy voice, the narration flows smoothly throughout the book which makes this audio book a pleasing book to listen to as well. Overall I would give this book 5 stars because of how informative it is and how smooth the narration is.

CBD's!
I am fairly new at this and I liked this book! It takes you step by step through different ways to learn about the cbd's. The methods and situations in the book were nice and appropriate to the topic, the narration was done nicely by the narrator Nick Z. H. throughout the audio book.
It was a nice audio book explained in every day language, there were not much complicated words. The tips used by the author Jack Lukris were easy to understand, he also tells which oils to choose for getting rid of anxiety and from where to purchase them. There are several chapters dedicated to specific topics which made this audio book easy to go through.
This audio book had a nice amount of details about CBD's in a well summarized and nice manner.

Informative and Essential informations
This was my first time purchasing a self help audiobook, and I must say I am impressed with the explanation and information Jack Lukris gave on CBD oils and creams for pain relief. Jack reading style was distinct that it brought the entire text to life. There was no repetition of words, hence making the flow of the book easy to understand as he was moving from one chapter to the other. I would surely try using the tips he mentioned for using CBD oils and creams for anxiety and also get the right CBD products. And yes, I would share this self help audiobook by Jack Lukris with anyone who’s in need of it, either my friend or family, because it is very informative. Well organized
Was looking for a book on CBD for a while now and when I came across this book I decided to give this audio book a try. The book is well organized into various chapters which made this audio book easy to listen again for me. The chapter number five contains information on best CBD oils, I found this chapter to be of nice value, as it contains information on top 10 oils that are useful. Author tells the quantity and how to use the oils for the best results. One more nice thing I liked about this book is that the author mentions the price of the oils and also gives information about the manufactures as well, which saves some extra research. I also found the chapter number eight to be helpful as it contains to the point information on when to use oil and creams.
I will say that this book is helpful for people who want to know about CBD’s and want to start using the oils and the lotions to get rid of anxiety and other issues.
