The content was easy to digest

The content was easy to digest and the reader was easy to listen to. However, I specifically bought this book because the title advertised that it would cover “California real estate”. However, it only covered general information nationwide and kept saying lines like “this might be different for your particular state”.

Very Clear And Straight To The Point

I'm a real estate agent, I learned alot about the real estate investing side of my profession and I'm now able to better assist my clients. Great book to learn from. I highly recommend it.

When I first started reading this book,

When I first started reading this book, investing seemed daunting and nearly impossible but I started implementing these simple practices and all of the elements started to appear and fall into place. Pretty soon I realized I was already doing half the things this book instructs and with the other things I was doing wrong, this book pointed me in the right direction. Amazing how something so simple can be easily implemented with the right direction and proper action.

I hesitated getting this

I hesitated getting this because I listened to The Millionaire Real Estate Agent and I couldn't stand how that was narrated-- it was like a shouting informational with pump up phrases. This book on the other hand is well read the way an audiobook should be narrated.

This book easily outlined

This book easily outlined what it takes to begin to become a great real estate investor. Focusing on mindset, it helps to build the bridge of what you think you know and what you should know...and Do!

Not as relevant to California

This has nothing to do with the California specific license exam. Seems to be just national/general questions. It’s mostly Q and A with multiple choice which is not very helpful via audio.

There are much better books available

Not a book for anyone who likes to learn by audible methods. The PDF file is even worse.

Absolutely Horrible

I wish I hadn’t burned my free audible book on this. I read the reviews and they seemed fake. I should have known better. If someone reading a multiple choice practice test without professional recording equipment will help you learn this material, go for it. I did not find it helpful.

They should restate the answer.

They should restate the answer when giving the correct answer. Rather than just saying the letter and going in to the explanation.
