According to recent surveys, the average real estate agent makes less than $10,000 a year, and close to 90 percent of new agents will not last more than two years in the business. I have been a Realtor in a small market for over 15 years and have never learned as much from a real estate boom as I did by listening to this one. The author uses a compelling storytelling style to teach some very unique principles and strategies. The way he thinks about how to create winning situations for his buyers and sellers is truly one of a kind. I have already began implementing lessons I learned and have already seen results.

I enjoyed listening to this book. I will most likely purchase the hardcover. Daniel goes into detail on how he procured deals and saw them through to the finish line even when obstacles came out of nowhere. I felt like I got a great education on some very creative thinking. The Hyperfast team does offer coaching, but not once did this feel like a big advertisement like some books in the category often feel like.
