Grateful for the knowledge and stories

This is just what I needed to hear. I may new agent, just a few months into the real estate business. I'm rereading this book the second time now and taking some notes. it was enjoyable to listen to and inspiring at times.

The stories were engaging and got my attention.

A must read for ALL real estate professionals

Just passed my licence and I try to read I inspirational books. This one is fresh and realistic. Entertaining and funny. Not at all boring.

A whole lot of Sass!

I have been an agent for almost 19 years. I like to read books and I’ve always been one to look at motivation and whatever can get me to a better place. I wish I would’ve had this book when I started. Because even though I came from a sales background, and I didn’t struggle that much in the transition to become an agent. It’s good to hear the nuts and bolts based on real estate. I do recommend this book in my new agent training, Get out of the gate.
The reader was good& easy to listen to.

Very Good Read

Easy read, Shelley is a very good storyteller. not really a guide so much as proof there is no such thing as a perfect guide. More about grit and determination.
