This is actually one of my first ever “self help” books—“self help” in this case meaning anything to give what I consider common sense advice on how to improve your daily life or enhance a specific skill. “Your First 365 Days in Real Estate” did just this with advice like wake up early, positive reinforcement, don’t give up, overcome your fears, build your connections. However, what I loved was that the author included plenty of personal anecdotes (while still retaining professional confidentiality, of course). She made this book more than a self help guide; she made it a fun and entertaining adventure story into her first year as a real estate agent. Although I’m not sure how helpful this book will be in my own personal real estate endeavors, I thoroughly enjoyed this story. Also, the narrator did a fantastic job of making this a fun listen!
