I have had IBS for so many years I am tired of being held hostage by my guts. I found this audiobook on reducing inflammation and wanted to give it a try. I am so glad I did. The book is very well written, and the audio is so easy to follow. I found techniques in the book I have not heard of before. They are easy to replicate, and man, do I feel loads better. My IBS symptoms are so much better, and I could not be happier.
