Super Helpful!

I've been dealing with inflammation for quite couple of years now and this book has given me all the tips to start my healing process, just wonderful. I really recommend if you are constantly battling with your gut health. Everything relies on the food you eat and this book would help you with that. Highly recommend.

Informative & Easy to Listen To

Clearly doctor Tidwell knows her stuff! She not only defined what chronic inflammation is, but she also gave helpful Information on how to overcome it and/or deal with this condition. The book was very easy to listen to and I would almost dare say enjoyable to listen to. I would definitely recommend this book as a guideline on how to deal with chronic inflammation, but also on how to live a healthy lifestyle.

Finally, a common sense book about inflammation

I've read a lot of books on the subject as I have an inflamed shoulder from a skiing injury, but a lot of them are written by people who think aligning your chakras will help, or that green tea is the solution. I'm not saying they can't be part of the solution, but this book talks about real things that will help, like sleep, reducing alcohol, exercise etc. They may not be quick fixes but they are definitely the right way to reduce inflammation. Thoroughly recommend.

expert advise on reducing inflammation

"Calm Your Inflammation" is authored by a real expert with many years of experience and is narrated extremely well. Dr. Tidwell explains 7 secrets to minimizing inflammation: managing stress, food choices, nutritional supplements, limiting alcohol, sleep, and exercise. While none of these should be 'shocking' to learn, the audiobook explains WHY these issues increase inflammation and how making better choices (some contrary to ultra-busy workaholic American culture) will reduce inflammation and how that can improve so many aspects of health and life. The section on nutritional supplements had wonderful new ideas (for me, anyway). This audiobook is a great listen for those needing help addressing overall health and inflammation.

Get rid of chronic inflammation

Chronic inflammation is often a byproduct of chronic stress. This great audiobook helps you reverse this condition and improve overall health. It's well written and researched. The narration is smooth and easy to listen to.

My favorite sections are on foods that fight inflammation. People really don't grasp how many things the right diet can help you with.
