Training people in sport as coaches or in fitness as personal trainers is certainly rewarding work. But there's a problem: What do we do next? Having gone to a Dan John seminar a few times, his work really resonates with my principles of physical fitness. Like all his other pieces, this is well written, easy to follow, and read by Dan himself. I would definitely encourage others to read this book.Awesome....as usual.

Dan John is the real deal. "Eat like an adult" is so simple but unfortunately we need to hear it. He talks about honest assessments and corrective exercises. He eschews the single joint, mirror muscle exercises in favor of compound work that builds strength, fitness and has applications in the real world. This audiobook is on my IPod permanently. I can skip to any section and be inspired. All of his work is great.The real deal
