Another great addition to the Cherry Peak series! If you are in the mood for a spiiiiiiiiiiicy, small town, city boy/country girl, he falls first romance look no further!! Catching Sparks hooked me on right away!! I loved Poppy in Strung Along and was so excited that her book was next! I will say I wasn’t overly impressed with Garrison in that book! However he has truly redeemed himself!! I think one of the reasons I was hooked so quickly was the narrations. The narrators did such a great job bringing this book to life! So much so it played out like a movie in my mind! This was a one sit listen for me and can’t wait to start the next book! Overall great read that I definitely recommend!!

So good!!

I came very close to quitting this book multiple times. It felt like there was no growth to the relationship and it was all just physical. I’m glad that I stuck it out. The last half of the book was wonderful. Getting to witness Garrison open up and allow himself to love and be loved by Poppy was beautiful. I cried multiple times.

Worth it

Garrison may be a Billionaire CEO but when he f*ks up there are consequences.. consequences that has him spending two months in Cherry Peak working on a Ranch. Which is where he (and his bad attitude) meets the Beautifully Bold Pole Dancing business owner Poppy. And she’s not impressed with him.. or his black card!! However, after their feisty first few meetings - where chemistry ignite the sparks, they let the fireworks light up their world and, for two months, the heat rises, the walls come down and the feelings grow and grow. But what happens when the end-date comes, when hearts are broken and when so many miles keep them apart?

Worth a credit? Yes a really enjoyable listen with great characters, family, friends and forever feels.. and Aiden and Megan were the perfect fit for these two lovers.

I REALLY ENJOYED THIS

Let’s just say that I also didn’t expect to love Garrison as much as I did. His transformation throughout the book honestly had me tearing up. The conversation with his dad was one of my favorite moments. I sighed in relief for him after reading that scene. I also loved when he realized he couldn’t live without Poppy.

And Poppy is just such joy. I knew I loved her when she taught Garrison had to ride the horse. And then she took care of him while he was sick. Yes, please! Those scenes are just the best. Also, how real was the scene with Poppy after Garrison left? Her friends coming in her house and picking her back up again. It just made me love those female friendships even more.

Oh, and I loved my glimpses of Anna and Brody, obviously.

Even better the second time around

It was a good book and I like the story but the mmc seemed like a baby. His conflict with his dad felt like it was blown out of proportion. Then it felt like they drug out the book longer than needed.
