Perfect for beginners, simple & healing meditation
What did you love best about Chakra Meditation: Guided Meditation for Chakra Balancing, Chakra Healing and Chakra Cleansing?
I loved the pace of this meditation. It was slow and great for a beginner like me. I found the guided imagery very easy to follow. It really allowed me to dive deep into the present moment and into my own mind and body. I felt the difference very clearly after the meditation - I felt lighter and less anxious than before the meditation. It was a pleasant experience that helped me feel more aligned with inner self while feeling more balanced and centered.

Awesome Meditation, Loved the Narration
What made the experience of listening to Chakra Meditation: Guided Meditation for Chakra Balancing, Chakra Healing and Chakra Cleansing the most enjoyable?
I enjoyed listening to the narration, as the narrator has a soothing and delicate voice. It put me at ease instantly. Very pleasant.
What did you learn from Chakra Meditation: Guided Meditation for Chakra Balancing, Chakra Healing and Chakra Cleansing that you would use in your daily life?
The meditation is about 15-20 minutes long and goes through balancing each of your chakras. The healing process is facilitated via guided imagery and focus on the breath as well as relaxation. I was able to sit a little while longer in a meditative state as the audio does not end abruptly, but instead is followed by more meditation music.
Any additional comments?
I was able to really take my time with this audio and experience a full chakra cleansing. After this meditation, it was easy to feel at peace and at ease. It was a nice experience that I will be repeating.

14MIN LONG!

This is not a guided meditation it is 14 min of someone reading a script in a calming voice. A guided meditation has pauses for your visualizations and such like that.
Then there is ONE HOUR OF ZEN MUSIC, and that's not even good stuff. Just the same to bars with water music.
This blows through all 7 chakras by the end of 14 min and that includes the intro time to say "be in a quiet place where you're not disturbed." With intro and everything it's about 1 min on each chakra.
Here's the spoiler: They point out a chakra. Say the color it should be. Tell you pour water thru it. All done.
