About the Creator and Narrator

Eddie Stern, MSc, CYT, is a yoga teacher, author, and researcher. He has a multidisciplinary approach to yoga which includes applying traditional Yogic practices to scientific research, accessible technology, and collaboration. He is involved in evidence-based research in the healing capacities of yoga, with a master's in science specializing in yoga research. His current work focuses on the benefits of breathing practices on diabetes through the Breathing App for Diabetes, and educational training in yoga through his platform, The Yoga Education Collective.

Lifte changing

her right on the verge of near breakdown anxiety and panic. this has allowed me to get through public events, driving shopping and doing things that I would otherwise be on the verge of breaking down. it's giving me a practical tool to maintain stability. I could go on. fantastic. practical. and it works.

One of the best and most accessible books on breathing

This is one of the best and most accessible audiobooks on breathing. It’s a nice blend of science, philosophy, and simple guided practices, making it comprehensive yet easily digestible. It’s perfect for beginners who have never tried breathing exercises and long-term practitioners (like myself) looking to enrich their understanding and appreciation of the breath. I can’t recommend it enough.

very practical and clear

I loved the convenience and practicality of the tecniques. The narration is very clear and easy to follow. The voice is soft and relaxing. Overall, the message of the book is very powerful.

Wonderful to breathe along with Eddie

Grateful to have had the opportunity to listen to this audible. I have always believed yoga is a form of service, and Eddie, with this audiobook, has given just that: a service, an offering, a gift. I learned a few new things about the origin of the elements and of the science behind the physiologic benefits of pranayama and enjoyed the tips on mental and physical states that I should have while practicing. In particular I felt this audiobook was most beneficial because of the opportunity to breathe along with Eddie and to practice taking time in my schedule for calming down. I have a flight coming up that I’m anxious about, and I will be using these techniques on the plane for sure. Thank you.

Humming bee breath

What was very entitled and enlightened. I really enjoyed the hummingbird breast the most. The funny thing is the book started talking about the hummingbird Breath at the same time I just happen to come across a candle with the humming bee on it while I was working.😁🙏💗♾️
