Excellent material. Horrendous narration.

I finished this book. I loved what it had to say. I do deserve a medal, however. As this was hard to get through with the narrator's voice.

Christian focus

Great content for those considering becoming a Christian coach. However the narration is very monotone.

Too Broad to be Useful

Written for a wide ranging audience as an introduction to the topic. Not very helpful for professional Christian coaches seeking to develop a solid theological foundation for their practice. I found some helpful nuggets.

Worst narrator I have ever heard, but good content

If you can get past the narrator, the book has good content. You are better off reading, though, as none of the appendix materials or tables are included.

Terrible Narration

I had this textbook for one of my counseling classes at University, I found it on Audible for free and I thought this would be a great alternative to the AI voice from speechify. This way I could listen to the textbook while I'm working or working out. But the narration is in fact AI. I don't care what name they put as the narrator, he sounds like an AI voice. They could have easily had him read from a dictionary and then piece-mill his voice together. A real narrator would have been a far superior choice.

As an already certified life coach, I found the material to be pedestrian and lacking compared to the courses I took for my certification. I'm not religious, and that really is the main focus of this particular book. Only listen to this or read it if you have to. There are far superior books of this nature out there.
