Horrible

Yes, I said horrible. I didn't need to go any further than the introduction to know the author knows nothing about deep loss. This book should be removed from the Audible grief collection. She needs to read Megan Devine's "It's Okay You're Not Okay" which is is a complete and correct contrast to this book. For someone to think a forty-four minute "handbook" will provide anyone a path through grief is ridiculous. For the author to make statements such as the "early bad days" as if losing a child suddenly becomes magically easier after the "early bad days" are over over is clearly the voice of inexperience. I know deep loss, I buried my 17 year old son. This type of "literature" is NOT helpful. Please remove from the Audible collection.
