Publisher's summary

Now an original series starring Rosamund Pike as Moiraine!

Since its debut in 1990, The Wheel of Time® by Robert Jordan has captivated millions of readers and listeners around the globe with its scope, originality, and compelling characters.

The Wheel of Time turns and Ages come and go, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth returns again. In the Third Age, an Age of Prophecy, the World and Time themselves hang in the balance. What was, what will be, and what is, may yet fall under the Shadow.

The seals of Shayol Ghul are weak now, and the Dark One reaches out. The Shadow is rising to cover humankind.

In Tar Valon, Min sees portents of hideous doom. Will the White Tower itself be broken?

In the Two Rivers, the Whitecloaks ride in pursuit of a man with golden eyes, and in pursuit of the Dragon Reborn.

In Cantorin, among the Sea Folk, High Lady Suroth plans the return of the Seanchan armies to the mainland.

In the Stone of Tear, the Lord Dragon considers his next move. It will be something no one expects, not the Black Ajah, not Tairen nobles, not Aes Sedai, not Egwene or Elayne or Nynaeve.

Against the Shadow rising stands the Dragon Reborn....

U Have to listen to this

narrators was awesome like usual if u listened to the whole series and I don't know what these other ppl are saying about how boring and dull this book is if that's the case go back to your comic books cause this book may be less "action packed" but the story is phenomenal and u have to listen to this book to understand what's going with the next if u listen to a review listen to this one and vote it up to much bad press from ppl that don't know what they are talking about with this series

Terrible Audio Editing

What was one of the most memorable moments of Crossroads of Twilight?

The horrible editing of the last couple of hours of the audio.

Any additional comments?

This is such a great book and series. The editing at the end just ruined it. Repeating the same scene, skipping parts, etc...

Been waiting 20 years for this

What did you love best about Crossroads of Twilight?

The readers are amazing. So glad they are still reading this series. They both read as with gravity, humor, sarcasm and brevity. They both make the reading of the books in this series a living thing.

Have you listened to any of Kate Reading and Michael Kramer ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes, always find books they read worth listening too.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Sure, if one can go without sleep.

Lots off side stories

I really enjoy the wheel of time, but this one has to many chapters that are not the main characters.

Long listen

Good to pick up the series again, this time in audio. It was a little distracting with two narrators, especially since Michael Kramer was so good. Looking forward to giving the next book a shot.
