About this listen

Daniel X is on an impossible mission: to eliminate every intergalactic criminal. But with an explosive demon ready to destroy the Earth, he must travel back in time for his greatest challenge yet.

Using his incredible superpower to create objects out of thin air, Daniel X has taken on some of the most fearsome and fiendish aliens in the universe, and now he's aiming to extinguish his next target: the explosive demon of fir, Phosphorius Beta, and his army of flame-weaving henchmen.

But it's going to take a whole new level of mojo to destroy this villain. Beta's strength has been growing since he arrived on Earth over a millennium ago, and he's finally ready to turn the blue planet into his own fiery wasteland. The only way to stop him is by jumping back in time to the Dark Ages to end Beta's blistering reign before it has a chance to begin. But can Daniel X take the heat? Or will the alien hunter finally get burned?

Once I started this book I had to force myself to stop for bed and things. Loved the new powers introduced. And Merlin and Arthur!!

Love this Series

These are fun, cute, inspiring books for teens. They are nice beginner books for more advanced science fiction/fantasy.
The books have good flow with plots that are "I'm not sure". They are just fun. The characters are true to their flaws and are growing. I have foreseen some ingenious ideas that may be sprouting in the next book or two. If my hunches are true this series will be better than ever. The series is just plain fun, but it is captivating enough to keep you interested.
The two authors mesh well and i enjoy the books.

Daniel X is a (X)

This is a decent story line and keeps the reader engaged throughout. The performance is the best part of the story.

Good book

We downloaded all three of the books from audible and enjoyed them. They are entertaining, timely, and just plain fun. Daniel's ability to time travel is his latest gift to manifest itself at just the right moment. We love how we just aren't sure how he is going to get out of his latest predicament. But, as always, he manages to do so with some great creativity, and a few good lines to cause a smile. :-) But, even better, his imaginary friends don't seem to want to stay imaginary. Sounds like a new book in the series is in the making. We can't wait!

Another fun book in the Daniel X series

You get the feeling Mr. Patterson either phoned this one in or has been working on too many books to give any fresh idea's to this one.

Needs much more work.
